Customers pre-ordering items from the Late Pledge Pre-Order store will receive the same stretch goal rewards corresponding to the pledge levels in the Kickstarter campaign (Note: Micro-Goal rewards are not included). STEP 1 — ITEM SELECTION

For those of you using Backerkit for the first time, the Late Pledge Pre-Order Store is a combination of an online store and survey form. When you open the store in your browser, you’ll see a page of pre-order categories. Many of the categories contain multiple options.

For the most part, it works like a normal online store. Just select a category, make your choice from the drop down menu, hit ‘Pre-Order’ and the item will be added to your cart. Repeat this process for any items you wish to pre-order, and then when you’re ready, hit the shopping cart button in the upper left corner and you’ll move on to checking out.

CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING NOTE: For domestic U.S. customers, shipping is free. For international customers, some shipping charges will apply.

We’ll be shipping all items in two waves, so anything that says ‘Wave 1’ or ‘Wave 2’ will go in the first wave in July. And anything marked ‘Wave 3’ or ‘Wave 4’ will go out in our second shipment by September.

International customers have two shipping options: The default option is to receive items as they become available. But if you would prefer to save on some shipping costs by receiving a consolidated shipment in September, then add the ‘Consolidated Shipping’ item to your cart. Before your card is charged on April 30^th, we will apply a manual shipping discount of at least $11, and depending on where you are in the world, possibly more, to save you as much money on shipping as possible.

STEP 2 — ADDRESS AND CREDIT CARD

The next page is where you’ll enter your shipping address information and your credit card information. Your credit card will not be charged until the pledge manager is ready to lock and charge cards, which is currently scheduled for April 30^th.

STEP 3 — QUESTIONAIRE

If you have made any selections that allow for customization of contents, you’ll make your selection by answering a series of questions to determine which models you will receive in your order. We highly advise looking over the Kickstarter campaign page (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/privateerpress/warcaster-neo-mechanika/description) to see how the various reward tiers are organized and determine what options you are going to want before heading into the pledge manager. Once you make a choice, you can go back to change it, but the pledge manager does not provide visibility over your choices as you are going through the questionnaire, though it will summarize everything for you on the final page. So, once you have confirmed all your selections, hit the ‘NEXT’ button on the left and you’ll be taking to the summary page where you can double check your shipping info, credit card info and your selections. If you need to change anything, just hit the edit button in the appropriate field and you can update any info you like.

For the Forward Commander and Head-to-Head packages, you will only need to select your faction before finalizing your order. For the following three packages, you will have several questions to answer:

SKIRMISH BATTLE FORCE BACKERS

In addition to your faction, you will be choosing:

A light warjack
A squad
Two solos*
A Wild Card hero

FULL BATLLE FORCE BACKERS

In addition to your faction, you will be choosing:

Two light warjacks
A heavy warjack
Four squads
Four Solos*
Three Wild Card heroes or Faction heroes*

MASTER OF TIME AND SPACE BACKERS
In addition to your three factions, you will be choosing:

Six Light Warjacks
Three Heavy Warjacks
Twelve Squads
Twelve Solos*
SIX Wild Card heroes or Faction heroes*

*These slots have options for you to choose a Faction hero (Artemis Fang, Justicar Voss, or Hierotheos Raxis) instead of a regular solo or Wild Card hero from that slot. Remember that you can include one hero in Skirmish forces, in addition to the eight unit maximum for Skirmish games. And you can include up to three heroes in a full battle force game, in addition to the fifteen unit maximum for standard sized games.

Your choices in each of these slots will not be filtered by your Factions selection. For instance, if you back at the Full Battle Force level, regardless of what faction you choose, when you go to select your light warjack, you will see every light warjack option for every faction available. So, we cannot stress enough that knowing what you want ahead of time will be very important, especially for backers of the Master of Time and Space level where you’re picking three Full Battle Forces worth of models. Be prepared and then check and double check your choices before you finalize your pledge.

SHIPPING

Shipping in the US is FREE. The European Union, UK, U.S.A., Canada, and Australia will be “Shipping Friendly.” Backers from these countries will not pay import taxes.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

During the course of our production of your rewards, we will make updates announcing pending shipping dates. Once we have locked the pledge manager on April 30^th and have begun packing and shipping orders, we will no longer be able to process refund requests.

If for any reason we are unable to deliver any part of your order, we will refund the cost for this item in full, regardless of the date.

If your items arrive damaged, defective or mis-mispacked, please contact us through our customer service portal and we will send replacements.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By pre-ordering items from the project, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The rewards being created for this project are a “work-in-progress,” and the appearance, content, and materials of the rewards shipped are subject to change and may differ from what is shown or described during the Kickstarter project.
You are obligated to finalize your pledge and pay any shipping fees due by the closing date of the pledge manager. If you do not, then you may not receive your rewards by the expected delivery date, nor will you be entitled to a refund. We may, at our discretion and at the availability of the rewards, ship your pledge if you contact us and confirm your pledge after the pledge manager has closed.
Once you have confirmed your pledge in the pledge manager, our obligation is to ship your order as you have entered into the pledge manager system. Title and risk transfers to you once Privateer Press or our international fulfillment partners have delivered your rewards to a common carrier for shipment. With the exception of countries labeled as “friendly” in our shipping section, you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities. It is your obligation to provide accurate and correct address information and ensure that the address we ship to is deliverable by normal methods. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Rewards returned as “Undeliverable” will be held, and you will be contacted via email to inform you of the return. At our discretion, we may require additional shipping payment if the reward must be reshipped.
