MATCH PLAY COMING TO THE WARMACHINE APP…TOMORROW

After internal testing of the Match Play feature, specifically the health and damage tracking for models, we made the decision to delay the update for one more day to implement what we feel will be very worthwhile improvements. What we had worked fine, but the process of testing inspired some new ideas for how information could be displayed in a fashion that will make referencing it much easier when playing a game. Those improvements are being implemented today and we’ll be submitting the new build by this evening, with the expectation of an update Thursday, November 10th.

In the images below, you can see how the health tracking will appear. After some hands on time, what we added was the status summary for systems and aspects that you can see in the army list view, on the right side above the total remaining health status. This makes it much easier to track the overall status of Warjacks and Warbeasts from the army list view, without having to continually open up the health tracking window.

We apologize for the further delay to this feature but we believe WARMACHINE players will find the improved presentation of information will be well worth the extra day.
