Hello, everyone,

If you’ve been checking out social media, you know that Privateer Press is hosting a “Create Your Own Riot Gear” contest as we lead up to our Riot Quest Kickstarter coming soon. So, most important, if you haven’t already done so, sign up for the Riot Quest Board Game Kickstarter launch!

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/privateerpress/riot-quest-board-game-edition.

And now some updates on the contest! Participants are challenged to come up with a piece of Riot Gear they’d like to see in the game, something creative and fun for the entire community, and we’ve asked them to share those chaotic contraptions with the community using the hashtag #riotquestboardgame.

(You can check out the full contest and announcement here: https://home.privateerpress.com/2022/03/01/your-gear-here/)

Let’s highlight a few of the really awesome ones we’ve seen so far!

Drew Frisk: Drew did us all a solid by posting blank cards for public use so the rest of us could more easily participate in the contest. This is a prime example of the true spirit of good sportsmanship. We thought it would be true to that same spirit to give you all templates from the source:

Next up is Luke Pantalleresco: check out his very creative Giant Freakin’ Magnet! This Riot Gear could see lots of great uses as players had no end of fun stealing each other’s gear and loot!

Next is Jonathan Smith from War Budgies: his Little White Flag Riot Gear fits right in line with the Saturday morning cartoons vibe of Riot Quest while also being exceptionally useful in the game.

And finally, Tyrone Lockhart: Fake ID Riot Gear. This cheeky piece of Riot Gear allows a player to finally rig that pesky Paladin Chest for free. The adorable use of Gubbin on the fake photo was too cute not to share with all of you.

Take note: there is still time to get in on the contest! It’s not too late to add your most adorable, horrible or downright deplorable idea to a Riot Gear card and share it with the community. Don’t forget to add the hashtag #RiotQuestBoardGame

To give everyone a little more time, we have extended the deadline to post your Riot Gear ideas until April 15th, 2022. So keep those ideas coming!

And again, get in on the updates by signing up for the Riot Quest Board Game Kickstarter launch! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/privateerpress/riot-quest-board-game-edition!
