Hey everyone, my name’s Andy, and ever since Matt R. went off to the farm upstate where old customer service reps go, I’ve been working the front desk.

Of course, I’ve been doing more then answering your calls and emails—in my continuing effort to provide you with the best possible customer service in the world (or at least in the Pacific Northwest; I mean, have you seen what they’ve been doing over at Uber Corp International? It’s pretty amazing work), I’ve taken over the card database! Now, it’s not a hostile takeover (although I was crying after they made me drink the paint-water of life, but now I’m the card-dats-haderach, so I got that going for me), but it does come with a couple of changes.

From now on, if you have any questions about when a card is going up, or if you spot a typo or anything wrong with a card, rather then telling our developers through social media or the forums, email me at frontdesk@privateerpress.com.

I’ll also be posting on our social media whenever I update the database, where I will be expecting your most celebratory gifs in response!
