Greetings Lock & Load attendees!

We know one of the biggest questions on the minds of anyone attending Lock & Load next week is, “How do I pre-order battleboxes and books from the new editions?” We’ve got you covered and have planning this to make it as easy on everyone as possible. Here is how it is going to work:

In order to be among the first to get your hands on the new edition battlegroups, faction decks, token sets, and rules, you will need to fill out a pre-order form and place the order at the Lock & Load store by noon on Saturday.

On the form, you will need to print your name, phone number, and email address at the top. Please write legibly, as this information will be used in the event you lose your copy of the form. Next, mark each of the items you wish to purchase by making an X in the item’s check box. To make sure everyone gets to experience the new edition, pre-orders are limited to one of each listed item, and each attendee can only submit a single pre-order form. Have no fear, all of our products will be on sale on Sunday, so if you miss something amazing during the pre-order, you will have a second chance on Sunday morning.

Hang on to your completed form as your browse the Lock & Load store. Bring the form, and any items you wish to purchase, up to our registers where our staff will ring everything up for you. You will get a copy of the pre-order form. Hang on to it, as it will be your ticket to claim your order.

Saturday night, following our keynote speech, distribution centers have been set up on the first floor of the Meydenbauer Center. Each distribution center has a range of numbers that it will be serving. The number on the upper right of your pre-order sheet tells you which distribution center to report to following the keynote.

After you pick up your order, head into the main halls. We will have stations set up for you to put your new models together, and staff on hand to chat about the new edition as you pour over the new rules and model entries. See you at Lock & Load!
