How do I change my password?
To change your password open the app and press the “Login” button in the top-right corner. Next press the “Forgot Password?” button and enter the email address linked to your account to have password reset instructions sent to you.
How do I change my email address?
To change the email address associated with your account, submit a request through the “Feedback” button under the “Contact Us” tab.
Are my purchases tied to one device or operating system?
If you have linked your purchases to a PP Digital account, you may access those purchases across devices regardless of operating system. Simply log in to your account, go to the “My Account” tab, and find your purchased products ready to be downloaded from the Cloud.
App Content Questions
How does the “6 Issues of No Quarter” item work?
The “6 Issues of No Quarter” item functions like a subscription. It includes the most recent issue of No Quarter as well as five consecutive future issues.
Where are the errata documents?
One advantage of the digital format is the ability to continually update titles as needed. All of our titles are up to date with the latest errata changes, and whenever errata are released, any affected titles will be updated. When an updated title is available you can delete the local copy it from your device and download the updated version from the Cloud.
Will you be adding X title/document/magazine to PP Digital?
We will constantly be expanding the offerings through PP Digital in order to provide our players with the widest range of material possible.
Will Skull Island eXpeditions e-titles be available on PP Digital?
We have no plans at this time to offer Skull Islands eXpeditions e-titles through PP Digital.
How soon after a title’s release can I expect to see it on PP Digital?
You can expect titles to be available through PP Digital soon after their physical counterpart’s release date.
App Functionality Questions
How do I delete a title from my device?
You can delete a title from your device by opening the app and navigating to “My Account” and then to “Library” and selecting the category where the title you want to delete appears. On iOS devices you can swipe left or right to bring up a delete button. On Android devices press the Edit button in the top-left corner to bring up delete buttons.
Can I install PP Digital on devices that do not run iOS or Android
(e.g., on a Kindle, PC, or Mac)?
At this time PP Digital is designed to run exclusively on iOS and Android.
How do I update my titles when errata are released?
When an updated title is available you can delete the local copy of the title from your device and download the updated version from the Cloud.
Can I preview a title before I buy it?
To download a preview of a title before purchasing it, open the product in the store and press the image of the cover of that title.
