By now I hope you’ve all had the chance to participate in either a WARMACHINE High Command release event or a Kingmaker tournament. If not, you should head down to your local game store or game club and give it a shot! Whether you want to play the game casually or competitively, there’s a format for you.

HORDES High Command releases next month, and there’s a second release event to go with it. Just like the WARMACHINE High Command release event, you can participate in this free-play, all-day event to earn unique warlock cards that aren’t contained in the core box. While these cards will become available by other means in the future, this event is your first chance to snag them. Check out the four warlocks available during the release event!

All month long you can try your hand competitively at a local Kingmaker event to win the alternate-art Pirate Queen Skarre card. Unlike the prizes from release events, these alternate-art cards are only available during Kingmaker, and the prize card will change every month. If you want a shot at Skarre, you better take it now!

Since next month will see the release of HORDES High Command, it’s only fitting the Kingmaker prize card should feature a warlock that month. Here’s your first look at the unique prize card for Kingmaker in October!

Today also marks the beginning of the fourth and final season of Machinations, Equilibrium. This is it, ladies and gentlemen: the final fight! Do your part to put an end to the madness and unlock the final Vault for a very special surprise. All questions will be answered and enigmas finally made clear as the true villain of Machinations is revealed.
