Lock & Load GameFest 2013 badges are now available! Purchase your badge for Lock & Load, being held May 31 – June 2 2013 at the Red Lion in Seattle, WA, using the instructions below.

There are two ways you can get your badge. The first is to have it shipped to you. To choose this option, simply purchase the “Lock & Load 2013 Badge Shipped” product from our online store. This option includes 3 days of Lock & Load and allows you to register for all available individual events. It also includes shipping fees, and we’ll send your badge to you approximately one month before Lock & Load. This option is not available to international attendees.

The second option is to pick up your badge at the event. To choose this option, purchase the “Lock & Load 2013 Will Call Badge” product from the online store. Like the first option, this one also includes 3 days of Lock & Load and allows you to register for all available individual events. Your badge will be available for pick up at Lock & Load registration on Friday morning.

After purchasing your badge, you will be sent a unique license key. Once you receive your license key you MUST complete the following steps.

1. Register an account at www.pplockandload.com/register. If the system says your email is already in use, your account was filled out correctly last year, and there is no need to re-register. Just use the “Forgot Password” link found at www.pplockandload.com/forgot_password.
2. Once registered, log in to your account.
3. When logged in, you will be taken to your account page. Below your name and address you will see a field to enter your license key. Enter your license key in the field and click the “Link Badge” button.
4. If linking the badge was successful, a number will replace the form. If you experience an issue linking your badge, please contact it@privateerpress.com.

Failure to complete these steps will prohibit you from registering for events. Additionally, if you purchased the “Lock & Load 2013 badge shipped” product and do not complete the above steps, you will have to pick your badge up at the door on the day of the convention.
