Opened in August of 2009 Saltire has become a hub for WARMACHINE and HORDES players all over the city of Indianapolis. In September, to produce more interest, they started their very own Paint and Play League, to send Mk I off with a bang and prepare for Mk II. Now with Mk II in full swing, the store is filled with regulars for Privateer Press Event Tuesdays. But the intense action isn’t limited to only Tuesdays, and there is always a WARMACHINE/HORDES game being fought during store hours.

It doesn’t stop with just WARMACHINE and HORDES by any stretch. Monsterpocalypse has a monthly event as well and several games of Grind have been seen being battled out over the busy weekends at Saltire. It doesn’t matter if its a crammed weekend, Tuesday night, or any other day of the week, Privateer Press games are, by far and wide, the most played and most widely discussed games among the employees and players at Saltire.
